Forest of Pain ©

In-front of me was an old abandoned forest
It looks haunted, you would think that bad spirits were all over the place
I could see the darkness that covers the woods
As the wind blew at the back of my head
I could hear a screaming sounds
I'm running out of time
There's no way out but this dark forest
I need to pass through this
Though fear was all in me I moved my feet forward
I hurdled the first line of the driftwood
I continued running as I heard a crying voice
I stopped for a moment hoping to find the origin of that voice
I walked guardedly, I can feel my body shaking
For the nth time I heard a voice crying
Darkness started to cover the forest
I ran as fast as I could
I felt the tears as the thorn cuts my skin
I tried to ignored them
I stayed focus and continued to run
As if I was a finalist of a race
Eagerness to escape from woods that cries
I'm almost there I could see some lights
People stares me as reached the end of the woods
I was puffing, I lay down on the ground
Looking on those cuts that was brought by the thorns
I wiped the tears from the cuts
I felt pain but its quite tolerable
Grateful that I was able to pass those obstacles inside the forest
but then I need to heal those cuts
I turned my back..I paused for minute
and made a final vow to the dark forest

a lost shadow

A Lost Shadow ©

 
I've found a lost shadow underneath a desert sun
She was struggling to seek for shelter but failed to find one
A thousand of attempt had been made but then continuous failure awaits at the end
I looked at her from afar as she kneeled down her knees
I could even see her tears as it falls down on her cheeks


the shadow sat down on the midst of the desert sand
Seems she was waiting for someone to lend her a hand
I walked near beside her and asked for her name
I tried to offer my hand for her to get up
but she refused to answer me back and she didn't even looked up


I moved in a place where she can't notice me
I don't want to lost her from my sight
As I watched her, question started mumble
Why can't I leave that shadow alone?
Why i'm so fond of that shadow?
I started collecting my thoughts
Figuring things out why that shadow looks familiar


Suddenly the shadow stood up
I remembered her moves it reminds me of someone
She walks towards me with a smile
silently the shadow held my hands as she whispered to my ears
"I miss you"
